Improved braking performance & feel plus great styling to this compact sportsbike.
The ZX6R has a very compact front end and as such we had to design a tight routed kit to fit the bike. This kit runs the brake hose neatly and safely within the small spaces available. There is an option of using all stainless hardware on the front fender instead of the heavy stock mild steel parts.
The brake system also stays cleaner because of the PTFE hose tubing with all stainless parts.
Important for ABS systems where broken rubber bits inside the system may cause permanent ABS modulator lockup.
Our hoses are MADE TO FIT, in our factory with real bikes.
Stainless steel hoses differ from rubber hoses in construction, thus routing requirements.
A stainless steel braided hose will behave differently from a rubber hose and we pay close attention from the design phase to ensure hose is made to fit.
